How your membership works

When you join the Ops Cohort, you’ll get an email with onboarding instructions.
If you join as a Basic member, this will include a calendar link and Zoom details for the monthly team session, as well as an invite to the basic Slack channel.
As a Starter, you’ll not only get a calendar link and Zoom details for the monthly session, but also additional details for the Masterclass (including post-session recording & transcript links).

Yes – when you join the Ops Cohort, you are agreeing to the following:

1. Respectful Communication

  • Treat all members with kindness and respect.
  • Avoid using offensive, discriminatory, or inflammatory language.
  • Listen to others’ viewpoints and engage in constructive dialogue.

2. Privacy and Confidentiality

  • Respect the privacy of other members. Do not share personal information without permission.
  • Keep all shared information and discussions within the community confidential.

3. No Harassment or Bullying

  • Harassment, bullying, or any form of intimidation is strictly prohibited.
  • Report any instances of harassment to the community moderators.

4. Appropriate Content

  • Share content that is relevant to the community and appropriate for all members.
  • Avoid posting or sharing explicit, violent, or otherwise inappropriate material.

5. Compliance with Laws

  • Follow all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Do not engage in or promote illegal activities.

6. Constructive Contributions

  • Contribute positively to the community. Share knowledge, support fellow members, and foster a collaborative environment.
  • Provide constructive feedback when necessary, and be open to receiving it from others.

7. Respect Intellectual Property

  • Do not post or share content that violates intellectual property rights.
  • Give proper credit to original sources and creators.

8. Moderation and Enforcement

  • Community moderators have the authority to enforce this code of conduct.
  • Violations may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from the community.

There are no contractual obligations; to cancel your membership, simply email us@opscohort.com. Please make sure you’ve read and understood the Terms & Conditions – for monthly subscriptions, payments are taken in advance and are not refundable for that month. For annual subscriptions, a pro-rata refund may be processed, at the discretion of the Ops Cohort.
To upgrade or downgrade your membership (eg: to become a Smooth Operator from a Basic member), email us@opscohort.com and we’ll send you further details.
